Install steps

Prepare your Linux desktop
Have a desktop Linux system, a Vulkan-capable GPU, the AppImage route, and a supported game file.

Download the AppImage
Open GitHub Releases and choose the Linux AppImage matching x86_64 or ARM64. Recheck the current file name before downloading.

Make the AppImage executable
Set executable permission before launch. This is the key Linux setup step.

Run the app and choose the game file
Launch the AppImage, then select a supported game file when prompted.

Common Linux issues
Invalid disc image
Dusklight cannot use the selected game file.

Selected game not supported
The app rejects the selected game after launch.
